Supply Arrangment for the provision of Information Technology Infrastructure Security and Protection Services (ITISPS).

Professional Services for Robert English, Principal Consultant with PDR Global Inc. can be accessed though the Supply Arrangement for ITISPS Tier 1, which includes: Risk management activities; product evaluation activities; and ITS systems design and implementation activities. Robert qualified with Cinnabar Networks Inc. as one of the winning vendors for the CSE Supply Arrangement.

Having access to this contract vehicle permits PDR Global Inc. to offer this simple mechanism for contracting through Cinnabar Networks Inc. The Supply Arrangement went into effect on August1, 2002. It is available to all GOC departments and agencies and to Provincial Ministries.

As you may well be aware, the RFP involved a rigorous qualification process for all individuals proposed. The various skill groups and categories contained very specific mandatory qualifications that had to be demonstrated by the suppliers.

The following provides a high level view of what the Supply Arrangement provides:

Team Cinnabar - ITISPS Agreement Contract Vehicle Information Technology Infrastructure Security and Protection Services (ITISPS) - National Master Supply Arrangement (NMSA)

Customer - Government of Canada

Nature of Agreement - Supply Arrangement

Agreement Number - W2213-2-1696/04-QE

Period of Agreement - August 1, 2002 to 31 July, 2004 (with option to renew for one additional year)

Purpose of Agreement - The ITISPS is for use by the Government of Canada to requisition professional services in addressing security requirements set out by the GSP in the areas of Information Infrastructure and Information Technology Security.

Types of Contracts - Contracts can be firm price or ceiling price. Pricing will be based upon the firm daily rates supplied by Cinnabar.

Contract Limitations - Directed contracts can go as high as $75,000. Contracts in excess of this amount must be competed and submitted to PWGSC for their approval.

PDR Global Inc. Resources Qualified Under This Agreement - We are qualified under Tier 1, which includes: Risk management activities; product evaluation activities; and ITS systems design and implementation activities.

Rates - The rates quoted are firm rates intended to be used in calculating the costs of firm price and ceiling price contracts.
